Which platforms do you manage?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Business Profile, TikTok, and YouTube. Your plan determines how many, and you can add an extra platform to any plan.
Do I need to come up with ideas or send you photos?
No. We plan the topics, write the posts, and design the graphics. And we listen: tell us about a promotion, an event, or a new hire, and we'll build it into the calendar.
Do you make videos?
Yes. Growth includes one video a month and Pro includes four. We create them two ways: short branded videos built from your photos, designs, and messaging, or clips you shoot on your phone that we edit into a finished video with your logo, a call to action, and subtitles. We don't film on location; everything is made from what you give us.
How does approval work?
You get a simple branded link showing every upcoming post exactly as it will appear. Approve with one tap, or leave a note and we'll revise. Nothing publishes without your approval.
What does onboarding involve?
Very little of your time. We start with a friendly kickoff conversation and your existing website, so there are no long questionnaires and no homework. After that, a quick monthly chat about your offers and events is all we need.
